This woman is in California, about 35 miles from San Francisco but I will not say which direction (such as north vs south). In my opinion, I believe she is transgender because I am transgender and I am able to detect characteristics in mannerisms, physical features etc. She is a well known cannibal in our neighborhood she brags about eating people in her own words and I knew one of her surviving victims. This woman has tried to run me over with her automobile. She stalks me , taking videos of me calling me a “f@qq0t” as if she has any room to talk. She assaulted me in 2021 and I have permanent scars on my forehead. Her initials are D.B. but she prefers to be called “Storm” like the fictional character. If you see her, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!
